Join us for our signature 3rd-5th grade experience in this dynamic, fun and highly experiential program. This 7 week program exposes participants to several critical themes of leadership: self-awareness, altruism (unselfish concern for the greater good) and communication. Participants will explore their leading strengths, discover effective verbal and non-verbal communication strategies and collaborate through play. Girls gain the knowledge, confidence and tools to initiate and lead in group settings. Participants will receive their Strengths-Explorer code upon registering for this program. Individualized coaching to develop these strengths is a hallmark of our leadership development work using the latest research using fun and playful methods with our girls.
This program is open to all area 3rd-5th graders!
